ทั้งนี้ หากมีความต้องการซื้อหุ้นสามัญเพิ่มทุนมากกว่าจำนวนหุ้นสามัญเพิ่มทุนที่ OR เสนอขายทั้งหมด อาจมีการออกหุ้นสามัญเพิ่มทุนเพิ่มเติมในจำนวนไม่เกิน 300 ล้านหุ้น ให้แก่ผู้จัดหาหุ้นส่วนเกิน (Over-Allotment Agent) เพื่อการส่งคืนหุ้นที่ยืมจาก PTT ในการจัดสรรหุ้นส่วนเกิน (หากมี) ซึ่งภายหลังการเสนอขายหุ้นสามัญเพิ่มทุนของ OR นั้น PTT จะยังคงเป็นผู้ถือหุ้นรายใหญ่ของ OR โดยจะถือหุ้นของ OR ในสัดส่วนไม่น้อยกว่า 75% ของจำนวนหุ้นสามัญทั้งหมดที่ออกและจำหน่ายได้แล้วของ OR
