บริษัท เชอร์วู้ด คอร์ปอเรชั่น (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ SWC เปิดเผยว่า บริษัท ฮอกไกโด ฟู้ด แอนด์ เบฟเวอเรจ จำกัด ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทย่อยของ SWC ได้รับโอนหุ้นกลุ่มบริษัทฮอกไกโด คือ บริษัท ฮอกไกโด โมริโมโตะ จำกัด บริษัท ฮอกไกโด อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนลแฟรนไชส์ จำกัด และบริษัท ทีทีดี โฮลดิ้ง จำกัด จากนายวรวิทย์ วงศ์แสนประเสริฐ นายณัฐวัฒน์ ชัยณัฏฐวัฒน นายวรวัตร วงศ์แสนประเสริฐ และนางสาวรติกร โรจน์ประภากร ซึ่งเป็นผู้ถือหุ้นของกลุ่มบริษัทฮอกไกโดหลังจากบริษัทเข้าทำสัญญาซื้อขายหุ้นแล้ว
