ด้าน นายพิเชษฐ สิทธิอำนวย กรรมการผู้อำนวยการ บริษัทหลักทรัพย์ บัวหลวง จำกัด (มหาชน) เปิดเผยว่า “E1VFVN3001” เป็น DR ที่อ้างอิงกับ ETF ของประเทศเวียดนาม ที่กระจายการลงทุนไปในหุ้นเวียดนามจำนวน 30 บริษัทชั้นนำตามดัชนี VN30 โดยบริษัทได้เปิดเสนอขาย DR แก่ผู้ลงทุนทั่วไปครั้งแรก (IPO) ระหว่างวันที่ 3-7 ธันวาคม 2561 ที่ผ่านมา และได้รับการตอบรับอย่างดี โดยสามารถระดมทุนได้ถึง 624.39 ล้านบาท และคาดว่าจะมีผู้ลงทุนสนใจซื้อขายเพิ่มขึ้นต่อเนื่องภายหลังเข้าซื้อขายในตลาดหลักทรัพย์ฯ

โดยเชื่อว่าหลังจากที่ภาครัฐออกมาตรการเยียวยาให้กับ 3 กลุ่มใหญ่แล้ว คือ กลุ่มที่อยู่ในข่ายได้รับ 5,000 บาท, กลุ่มประกันสังคม และกลุ่มเกษตรกร ซึ่งประเมินว่าจะครอบคลุมได้ 90% ของผู้ที่ได้รับผลกระทบ ส่วนที่เหลือนั้นก็จะเป็นในส่วนที่กระทรวงการพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ รวมทั้งกระทรวงแรงงานที่จะเข้ามาช่วยดูแลเพิ่มเติม คือ กลุ่มคนพิการ คนสูงอายุ และผู้ด้อยโอกาสทางสังคม ซึ่งเมื่อรวมกันทั้งหมดนี้ ก็เชื่อว่าจะทำให้การเยียวยาสามารถครอบคลุมไปถึงประชาชนทุกกลุ่มอย่างแน่นอน
