ทั้งนี้ การประกอบธุรกิจที่ไม่เข้าลักษณะข้างต้นจะมีทุนจดทะเบียนขั้นต่ำ 1 ล้านบาท ส่วนการจัดการกองทุนที่ให้บริการแก่เฉพาะผู้ลงทุนสถาบันเท่านั้นจะมีทุนจดทะเบียนขั้นต่ำ 10 ล้านบาท
