The El Wind Mui Dinh wind facility has been fully operational since April 23, 2019 and is entitled to the Feed-in-Tariff (FIT) of US cents 8.5/kWh. The facility supplies electricity through the national grid system under a Power Purchase Agreement with Vietnam Electricity (EVN) for a period of 20 years. Inclusive of El Wind Mui Dinh, total committed renewable energy capacity under Banpu NEXT will reach 814 MW.

บริษัท เอ็นเนอร์ยี่ เอิร์ธ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ EARTH เปิดเผยว่า ที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการครั้งที่ 2/2561 เมื่อวันที่ 23 พฤศจิกายน 2561 ได้ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของผู้ถือหุ้นและเจ้าหนี้ รวมถึงคู่ค้าของบริษัท จึงได้มีมติอนุมัติให้บริษัทฯ ชำระคืนเงิน สำหรับผู้ถือหุ้นกู้ของบริษัทฯ บางส่วน เพื่อเป็นการบรรเทาความเดือดร้อนและช่วยเหลือเจ้าหนี้หุ้นกู้ โดยจ่ายชำระเจ้าหนี้ผู้ถือหุ้นกู้ใบละไม่เกิน 300,000 บาท ซึ่งมีรายละเอียดดังนี้

ขณะเดียวกัน ที่ประชุมฯ เห็นชอบในหลักการให้การรถไฟแห่งประเทศไทย (รฟท.) ดำเนินโครงการระบบรถไฟชานเมืองสายสีแดงอ่อน ช่วงบางซื่อ-พญาไท-มักกะสัน-หัวหมาก และสายสีแดงเข้ม ช่วงบางซื่อ-หัวลำโพง ภายใต้กรอบวงเงินลงทุน 44,157.76 ล้านบาท และให้ทาง รฟท. บริหารทรัพย์สินโดยเฉพาะการพัฒนาพื้นที่ตามแนวเขตทางรถไฟและย่านสถานีให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด ซึ่งหน่วยงานเจ้าของโครงการจะนำเสนอคณะรัฐมนตรีพิจารณาให้ความเห็นชอบโครงการดังกล่าวต่อไป
