SCGP will allocate up to 1,127,550,000 newly issued ordinary shares with a par value of Baht 1 per share in its IPO; and will allocate up to 169,130,000 newly issued ordinary shares with a par value of Baht 1 per share to the Over-Allotment Agent, which is not more than 15% of the total number of the newly issued ordinary shares in this offering and accounts for approximately 3.8% of total number of SCGP s issued and paid-up ordinary shares after this offering of newly issued ordinary shares.

นายอังกูร ฉันทนาวานิช ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัทโรงพยาบาลลาดพร้าว จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ LPH เปิดเผยว่า บริษัทคาดว่าแนวโน้มผลงานในช่วงไตรมาส 4/59 จะมีรายได้สูงต่อเนื่องจากไตรมาส 3/59 ที่มีรายได้รวม 354.74 ล้านบาท เนื่องจากเป็นช่วงไฮซีซั่นที่ผู้ใช้บริการจะเข้ามาใช้เพิ่มขึ้นจากโรคที่มากับฤดูฝนและหนาว และการมุ่งเน้นศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศทางการแพทย์ทั้ง 5 ศูนย์ และรายได้จากการบริการที่มีรายได้ในช่วงครึ่งปีหลังสูงขึ้นตามผลดำเนินการที่ผ่านมา โดยคาดว่าปี 2559 นี้ รายได้รวมจะโตได้ 15% ตามเป้าหมายที่วางไว้

นายสุวัชชัย กล่าวว่า สำหรับโครงการให้บริการฉีดพ่นฆ่าเชื้อไวรัสโควิด-19 ให้กับรถแท็กซี่สาธารณะ และรวมถึงรถยนต์ของประชาชนที่เป็นลูกค้า โดยจะเริ่มให้บริการ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 8 เมษายน 2563 จนถึงวันที่ 8 พฤษภาคม 2563 โดยผู้ขับรถแท็กซี่และประชาชนที่มีความสนใจ สามารถเข้ารับบริการได้ตั้งแต่สถานีเปิดทำการเวลา 05.00 น. จนถึงเวลา 21.00 น. ทุกวัน ไม่เว้นวันหยุดราชการและวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ และสำหรับรถแท็กซี่ผ่านการฉีดพ่นฆ่าเชื้อจากโครงการ จะได้รับสติกเกอร์ติดรถ เพื่อสร้างความมั่นใจให้กับผู้โดยสารอีกทางหนึ่งด้วย
