ขณะที่ช่วงครึ่งปีแรกของปีนี้ (ม.ค.-มิ.ย.63) มีคนต่างชาติได้รับอนุญาตให้ประกอบธุรกิจจำนวน 355 ราย มีเงินลงทุนทั้งสิ้น 58,407 ล้านบาท ซึ่งมีจำนวนนักลงทุนต่างชาติเพิ่มขึ้น 22 ราย หรือคิดเป็น 7% จากช่วงเดียวกันของปีก่อน (ม.ค.-มิ.ย.62) และมีเงินลงทุนเพิ่มขึ้น 3,653 ล้านบาท หรือคิดเป็น 7%
