กทม.โดยสำนักงานเขตทั้ง 50 เขตได้แจ้งราคาประเมินทุนทรัพย์ที่ดินและสิ่งปลูกสร้าง และแจ้งการประเมินภาษีให้กับผู้เสียมีหน้าที่ภาษีทราบไปแล้วเมื่อเดือน ก.ค. 63 ที่ผ่านมา โดยในเอกสารดังกล่าวขอให้ผู้มีหน้าที่เสียภาษีไปยื่นชำระภาษีภายในเดือน ส.ค. 63  หรือหากเห็นว่าการประเมินภาษีที่ดินและสิ่งปลูกสร้างไม่ถูกต้องเหมาะสม สามารถยื่นคำร้องคัดค้านต่อผู้ว่าราชการ กทม. ณ ฝ่ายรายได้ สำนักงานเขต ที่ตั้งที่ดินและสิ่งปลูกสร้างได้

The project is an onshore wind farm project with the generation capacity of 29.70 megawatts. It is located in Ben Tre Province in the south of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The project has 20-year power purchase agreement with Vietnam Electricity. The project cost is approximately USD 45 million. Currently, it is in preparation for construction. The commercial operation is scheduled in September 2021.  

There are high potentials for listed companies to gain more profit in the second half of 2018 from the forecast of constant economic growth, especially from tourism sector that will attract more tourist in 4Q18 due to its high season. In the meantime, the currency exchange rate will benefit export businesses as the Thai baht weakens to trade at 32-33 THB / 1 USD. Thus, creating the drive to push GDP higher.
