Krungsri Securities (KSS) has given a “BUY” recommendation on SPA Wellness Group Public Company Limited (SPA) with a target price at ฿16.20/share. The registrations for the Taste, Shop, Spend (Chim, Shop, Chai) incentive has reached Bt1m registration cap for the third day. This scheme will directly benefit SPA as one of the participating operators. SPA will also gain from recovering Chinese tourist arrivals as this group contributes about 50% of total revenue.

ทั้งนี้ในส่วนของกระทรวงการคลังจะต้องใส่เงินเพิ่มทุนตามสัดส่วน 7,857 ล้านหุ้น ที่ราคา 1.4 บาท รวมเป็นเงินทั้งสิ้น 11,000 ล้านบาท ขณะที่ TCAP และ BNS จะต้องใส่เงินเพิ่มทุนตามสัดส่วน 29,679 ล้านหุ้น ที่ราคา 2.18 บาท รวมเป็นเงินทั้งสิ้น 64,700 ล้านบาท ด้าน ING จะต้องใส่เงินเพิ่มทุนตามสัดส่วน 8,929 ล้านหุ้น ที่ราคา 1.4 บาท รวมเป็นเงินทั้งสิ้น 12,500 ล้านบาท ส่วนรายย่อยจะต้องใส่เงินเพิ่มทุนตามสัดส่วน 13,571 ล้านหุ้น ที่ราคา 1.4 บาท รวมเป็นเงินทั้งสิ้น 19,000 ล้านบาท
