PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (PTTGC) announced that the company has signed mutual investment contract with Dynachem (Hong Kong) Limited (Dynachem), a manufacturer and distributor of polypropylene compound in Taiwan under Dynachem Group. PTTGC acquired 41.5% of Dynachisso Thai Co. Ltd (DYCT)’s total shares, a manufacturer of polypropylene compound at Amata City Chonburi, Thailand with a capacity of 30,000 tonnes/year.

นอกจากนี้ บริษัทยังมองหาโอกาสการขยายธุรกิจด้วยการเข้าซื้อกิจการในธุรกิจเกี่ยวเนื่อง เช่น อาหารแช่แข็ง อาหารสัตว์ และช่องทางการจัดจำหน่าย โดยเฉพาะการมองหากิจการที่ขะเข้ามาช่วยเพิ่มช่องทางการจัดจำหน่ายในอนาคต เพื่อการขยายตลาดและเข้าถึงลูกค้าได้มากขึ้น ซึ่งดีลที่บริษัทอยู่ระหว่างเจรจามีมูลค่า 100-200 ล้านบาท แต่การตัดสินใจลงทุนจะต้องพิจารณาอย่างระมัดระวัง เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าคุ้มค่าต่อการลงทุน เป็นประโยชน์ต่อบริษัทและผู้ถือหุ้นมากที่สุด
