(KRR) ประเทศญี่ปุ่น 53.3% และ บริษัท Sumitomo Corporation (SC) จากญี่ปุ่น ถือหุ้น 13.3% เพื่อสร้างโรงงานผลิต High-Heat Resistant Polyamide-9T (PA9T) กำลังผลิต 13,000 ตัน/ปี  และ Hydrogenated Styrenic Block Co-Polymer ( HSBC) กำลังผลิต 16,000 ตัน/ปี ในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมเหมราชตะวันออก จ.ระยอง ซึ่งจะแล้วเสร็จในปี 65 โดยโครงการมีมูลค่าลงทุนราว 2 หมื่นล้านบาท
