ผู้สื่อข่าวรายงานว่า ตามที่ตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย (ตลท.) ได้ประกาศให้ บริษัท ที ที แอล อุตสาหกรรม จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ TTL เข้าข่ายเป็นบริษัทจดทะเบียนที่มีสินทรัพย์ทั้งหมดหรือเกือบทั้งหมดในรูปเงินสดหรือหลักทรัพย์ระยะสั้น(Cash Company) ตั้งแต่วันที่ 26 พฤศจิกายน 2558 ซึ่ง TTLจะต้องดำเนินการให้มีธุรกิจที่มีคุณสมบัติที่จะจดทะเบียนกับตลาดหลักทรัพย์ฯ ภายใน 12เดือนนับแต่วันที่ตลาดหลักทรัพย์ฯได้รับรายงานแสดงฐานะการเงินที่ถูกต้องครบถ้วนหลังการจำหน่ายสินทรัพย์ของบริษัท
