ด้าน นายภราดร ปริศนานันทกุล ส.ส.อ่างทอง พรรคภูมิใจไทย กล่าวว่า ไม่ได้คัดค้าน หรือไม่เห็นด้วยกับการกู้เงินของรัฐบาล เพราะเข้าใจว่าการกู้เงินเป็นเรื่องสำคัญ เข้าใจถึงภารกิจของรัฐบาลและความเดือดร้อนของประชาชน แต่อยากให้ รมว.คลัง ชี้แจงรายละเอียดหลักเกณฑ์การจัดสรรเงินที่จะจ่ายเยียวยาให้ประชาชนว่าจะจัดสรรให้ใคร คนละเท่าไหร่ และระยะเวลาเท่าไหร่ เพราะที่ผ่านมาการจ่ายเงินเยียวยา 5 พันบาทมีปัญหามาก ซึ่งเป็นผลมาจากความไม่ชัดเจนของหลักเกณฑ์ที่กระทรวงการคลังไม่ได้ประกาศให้ประชาชนเข้าใจ
