ล่าสุด (24 พฤษภาคม 2559) นายวิรัช หวังปิติพาณิชย์ ทนายผู้โพสต์ข้อความดังกล่าว ได้ให้สัมภาษณ์ผ่านเดลินิวส์ออนไลน์ว่า พ.ร.บ.ทวงถามหนี้ ออกมาตั้งแต่ปี 2558 แต่ประชาชนยังไม่ค่อยทราบกัน ซึ่งสาเหตุที่มีการออกกฎหมายทวงหนี้เกิดจากมีการทวงหนี้อย่างไม่รู้เวลาตั้งแต่ช่วงเช้าจนดึกดื่น จึงมีการกำหนดข้อกฎหมายขึ้นว่า ผู้ที่จะทวงถามหนี้ต้องจดทะเบียนต่อนายทะเบียนก่อน โดยการทวงถามหนี้นั้นต้องทวงกับลูกหนี้เท่านั้น ซึ่งสามารถทวงหนี้ได้ในวันจันทร์ถึงศุกร์เวลา 08.00-20.00 น. และวันหยุดราชการสามารถติดต่อทวงหนี้ได้ตั้งแต่เวลา 08.00-18.00 น. และห้ามข่มขู่ ใช้ความรุนแรง

นายศรีสุวรรณ จรรยา เลขาธิการสมาคมองค์การพิทักษ์รัฐธรรมนูญไทย กล่าวว่า ในวันที่ 24 ก.ค.2562 เวลา 10.00 น.จะนำความพร้อมพยานหลักฐานไปยื่นร้องเรียนต่อนายทะเบียนพรรคการเมืองและคณะกรรมการการเลือกตั้ง (กกต.) เพื่อดำเนินการไต่สวนและยื่นเรื่องให้ศาลรัฐธรรมนูญมีคำสั่งยุบพรรคพลังประชารัฐต่อไป ตามที่ปรากฏเป็นการทั่วไปว่าพรรคพลังประชารัฐ (พปชร.) ได้จัดงานสัมมนาพรรคเสริมศักยภาพสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร เมื่อวันที่ 21-22 ก.ค.ที่ผ่านมาในพื้นที่ อ.วังน้ำเขียว จ.นครราชสีมา โดยใช้รีสอร์ตที่มีปัญหาถูกจับว่าบุกรุกป่า ม.6 ต.ไทยสามัคคี เป็นสถานที่จัดงานความดังทราบแล้วนั้น
