Cost of sales in 2Q20 was THB 5,907 million, an increase of 10.1% YoY, which increased from fuel cost, operations and maintenance cost, depreciation, and other costs, due to a higher number of power plants in operation when compared to the same period of last year, resulting in an increased cost of sales in accordance with electricity sales growth, despite a decrease in average price of natural gas from 274.55 THB/mmbtu in 2Q19 to 261.41 THB/mmbtu in 2Q20.

บริษัท ทีพีไอ โพลีน เพาเวอร์ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ TPIPP เปิดเผยว่า บริษัทได้ยื่นแบบแสดงรายการข้อมูลต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ (ก.ล.ต.) เพื่อออกและเสนอขายหุ้นกู้ของบริษัท ครั้งที่ 1/2562 มูลค่าไม่เกิน 4,000 ล้านบาท แบ่งเป็นจำนวนเสนอขาย ไม่เกิน 3,000 ล้านบาท และหุ้นกู้สำรองเพื่อเสนอขายเพิ่มเติมไม่เกิน 1,000 ล้านบาท อายุ 3 ปี 3 เดือน ครบกำหนดไถ่ถอนปี พ.ศ.2565 มีอัตราดอกเบี้ยคงที่ร้อยละ 3.50 ต่อปี ชำระดอกเบี้ยทุก 3 เดือนตลอดอายุหุ้นกู้

โดยผลการดำเนินงานในไตรมาสดังกล่าวพลิกขาดทุน เนื่องจากรายได้จากการจัดคอนเสิร์ตและการแสดงในไตรมาส 2/61 อยู่ที่ 69.5 ล้านบาท ลดลง 3.1% จากไตรมาส 1/61 ที่ 71.7 ล้านบาท และลดลง 79% จากไตรมาส 2/60 ที่ 331.4 ล้านบาท ทั้งนี้ รายได้รวมของกลุ่ม BEC ในไตรมาส 2/61 อยู่ที่ 2,756.3 ล้านบาท เพิ่มขึ้น 13.9% จากไตรมาส 1/61 ที่ 2,420.5 ล้านบาท แต่ลดลง 14.9% จากไตรมาสที่ 2/60 ที่ 3,239.2 ล้านบาท โดยที่รายได้จากการขายเวลาโฆษณายังคงเป็นรายๆได้หลักอยู่ที่ประมาณ 87% ของรายได้รวม
