ขณะที่มียอดขายรอโอนอยู่ที่ 370 ล้านบาท คาดว่าจะทยอยรับรู้ปีนี้หลักสิบล้านบาท ที่เหลือทยอยรับรู้ในปีถัดไป ซึ่งมองว่ารายได้จากอสังหาริมทรัพย์น่าจะปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้นในช่วงปลายปี 60 อย่างเห็นได้ชัด จากการรับรู้ยอดโอนของการเปิดโครงการใหม่ ๆ ที่เพิ่มขึ้น คาดจะมีสัดส่วนรายได้อยู่ที่ 5-10% จากปัจจุบันอยู่ที่ 3-5%

In 3Q18 gross profit amounted to ฿21,204 million, increased by ฿1,417 million or 7.2% YoY. Gross margin declined to 27.6% in 3Q18 from 27.9% in 3Q17, mainly because products that posted high sales growth in 3Q18 such as cigarette, alcohol and online game cards had lower gross margin than other products.
