ทั้งนี้ผลประกอบการปรับตัวดีขึ้น เนื่องจากปริมาณการใช้งานวัสดุอิฐมวลเบาของโครงการเมกะโปรเจคภาครัฐ โครงการก่อสร้างภาคเอกชน อีกทั้งในช่วงที่ผ่านมาบริษัทได้ขยายช่องทางการจัดจำหน่ายในทุกช่องทาง อาทิ  โมเดิร์นเทรด ห้างค้าปลีกวัสดุก่อสร้าง เพิ่มตัวแทนจำหน่าย ร้านค้าวัสดุก่อสร้าง จึงสามารถกระจายสินค้าเข้าสู่กลุ่มลูกค้าเป้าหมายได้เพิ่มขึ้น

ทั้งนี้บริษัทยังคงเป้าหมายรายได้ปีนี้เติบโต 10-15% จากปีก่อนที่ทำได้ 1.73 หมื่นล้านบาท ซึ่งมาจากธุรกิจสังกะสีราว 1.4 1.5 พันล้านบาท และจากการรับรู้รายได้จากการโอนกรรมสิทธิ์อสังหาริมทรัพย์ในปีนี้อยู่ที่ 1.58 หมื่นล้านบาท โดยปัจจุบันมียอดขายรอโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ (Backlog) อยู่ที่ 4.07 พันล้านบาท และโครงการแนวสูงเหลือขายที่ราว 4 พันล้านบาท
