Following the earlier statement of Mr. Nitinai Sirismattahakarna, President of Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT), stated that the auction has been carefully considered before putting it into action. A report came in a moment ago, revealed that AOT would delay the duty-free auction without a specific date until all the controversies have been clarified.

A source familiar with the matter said it is not clear when will be the end of the tariff cease-fire or how long this is going to take because both of the U.S. and China wants to secure the benefit from each other. As a result, the resume talk is for seeking a better deal and aims to stop retaliation of the world’s two largest economies for soothing financial markets.

บริษัท วีนิไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ VNT เปิดเผยว่า บริษัทได้รับสำเนาคำเสนอซื้อหุ้นของบริษัท จาก Asahi Glass Co., Ltd. (AGC) ในฐานะผู้ทำคำเสนอซื้อแล้วในวันนี้ โดยปัจจุบัน AGC ซึ่งถือหุ้นในบริษัทอยู่ 58.77% จะทำคำเสนอซื้อหุ้นส่วนที่เหลือทั้งหมดของบริษัทจำนวน 41.23% ที่ราคาหุ้นละ 15 บาท คิดเป็นมูลค่ารวมทั้งหมดราว 7.33 พันล้านบาท โดยจะเสนอซื้อระหว่างวันที่ 3 มี.ค.-7 เม.ย.60

ผู้สื่อข่าวรายงานว่า ตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย (ตลท.) ได้รับรายงานการจำหน่าย หุ้นของบริษัท ยูนิค เอ็นจิเนียริ่ง แอนด์ คอนสตรัคชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ UNIQ โดย CAPITAL RESEARCH AND MANAGEMENT COMPANY ซึ่งเป็นการจำหน่ายเมื่อวันที่ 5 ม.ค.61 จำนวนหลักทรัพย์ที่จำหน่ายคิดเป็น 0.984% และส่งผลให้จำนวนหลักทรัพย์ภายหลังการจำหน่ายคิดเป็น 4.177% ของสิทธิออกเสียงทั้งหมดของกิจการ
