ผู้สื่อข่าวรายงานว่า การประชุมวิสามัญผู้ถือหุ้น ครั้งที่ 2/2560 ของบริษัท อินเตอร์ ฟาร์อีสท์ เอ็นเนอร์ยี่ คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ IFEC ที่จัดขึ้นในวันนี้ (14 ก.พ.60) วาระที่ 2 พิจารณาคัดเลือกกรรมการชุดใหม่เพิ่มและแก้ไขข้อจำกัดทางกฎหมาย เพื่อให้บริษัทสามารถกลับมาประกอบกิจการได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง

IGOR FAIT on June 28th, 2018 to acquire 100% Equity stake in KORDÁRNA Plus a.s. in the Czech Republic (referred to as “Kordarna”).

บริษัท ฟอร์จูน พาร์ท อินดัสตรี้ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ FPI เปิดเผยว่า บริษัทตั้งเป้าหมายรายได้ปีนี้จะเติบโตไม่ต่ำกว่า 10% จากปีก่อน โดยจะเน้นการรับจ้างการผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์มากขึ้น (OEM) ซึ่งเป็นงานที่มีอัตรากำไร (มาร์จิ้น) สูงถึง 47% ขณะที่คาดว่าภาพรวมอัตรากำไรขั้นต้นในปีนี้จะอยู่ที่ 30% จากปีก่อน 24%
