บริษัท โรงพยาบาลรามคำแหง จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ RAM เปิดเผยว่า ที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการบริษัท ได้มีมติให้ร่วมลงทุนใน บริษัท โรงพยาบาลน่าน-ราม จำกัด จำนวน 16,000,000 หุ้น ในราคาพาร์ที่ 10 บาท/หุ้น รวมเป็นเงิน 160 ล้านบาท ซึ่งเป็นการร่วมลงทุนเพื่อประกอบกิจการโรงพยาบาลเอกชนประกอบกิจการโรงพยาบาลเอกชน ขนาด 120 เตียง ตั้งอยู่ 553 หมู่ 4 ต. ไชยสถาน อ. เมืองน่าน จ. น่าน งบประมาณในการลงทุนประมาณ 800 ล้านบาท โครงการนี้ตั้งอยู่บนพื้นที่ประมาณ 7 ไร่ 60 ตารางวา คาดว่าโครงการจะเสร็จและเริ่มเปิดดำเนินกิจการ ในปี 66
